The FX Taper Top/Flat Top Block is used at the top of walls when additional bearing surface is needed. The smooth Flat Top Panel provides an easy surface to screed the concrete flat on the top of the wall. The Taper Top Panel is 16" tall with an additional 1.75" of concrete for bearing. Taper Top blocks can typically make up about 10% of a project. The foam panels are 1.5lb dense and 1.75" thick with reversible interlocking foam teeth along only the bottom panel edges. The panels are held in a structural position with 6 fixed webs, spaced 8" apart.
